April 30, 2008 Rutgers Men’s Cross Country Recognized By NCAA For Academic Performance
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The NCAA will honor 712 Division I sports teams with public recognition awards for their latest multi-year Academic Progress Rate scores. The men's cross country team, along with football and women's tennis, was one of three sports at Rutgers University to earn a top 10 percent APR honor.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – With her outstanding performance this past weekend, junior Cheyenne Ogletree (Garfield, N.J.) has extended her cross country season, qualifying for the 2007 NCAA Championship on Nov. 19, on the campus of Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Ind. LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Rutgers men's and women's cross country teams completed competition at the 2007 BIG EAST Cross Country Championship on Saturday, Oct. 27 at EP "Tom" Sawyer Park in Louisville, Ky. The men's squad finished 10th (319 points) out of 14 schools, while the women's team placed 12th (326 points) among 16 conference members.
