 Dear Camper:
I would like to personally invite you to the Rutgers Football Camp.
As coaches, we have enjoyed the opportunity to serve the needs of
our campers for the past eight years. We would like you to join us
as part of the Rutgers Football program.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with our position and
strength coaches, as well as some of the finest college and high
school coaches from around the country. You will grow as a player
and a person and have a great time doing it.
It has been a very exciting year for the Scarlet Knights. I look
forward to seeing you on the Rutgers campus this summer to
share in the excitement.

Check In: Sunday, 6/28/09, 1 – 3 pm; Rutgers Football Stadium – West Gate (across from practice bubble)
Tip: Check in lines move much quicker for those who have sent in all required registration forms!
Check Out: Wednesday, 7/1/09, 12 pm; outside the dorms
Camp II
Check In: Friday, 6/26/09, 8 am; Rutgers Football Stadium – West Gate (across from practice bubble)
Check Out: 5 pm; Hale Center please park across from the Bubble or next to the practice fields
Specialists Camp

Junior Camp

Housing:
Overnight campers are housed in University residence halls which are supervised by camp counselors.
Roommate requests cannot be guaranteed.
 Key Deposit:
Overnighters are required to include a separate $80 check with registration.
This will be fully refunded upon the return of the camper’s room key and key card. On-line registrants must agree to pay the Lost Key/Card Fee via their credit card or E-check account if the camper’s room key and/or card are not turned in at check out.
Refunds/Cancellations:
1. Cancellations and refund requests must be received by the camp, in writing, at least 3 full days prior to the
first day of camp. No refunds will be issued after that date.
2. A minimum $100 cancellation fee will be charged (regardless of reason).
3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after camp has ended.
ELIGIBILITY
Students entering grades 9-12 next fall are eligible to attend overnight camp. High school graduates are not eligible. In accordance with NCAA
Rules and Regulations, “senior prospective student-athletes” (defined as one who is eligible for admission to an NCAA member instution or who
has started classes for the senior year in high school) shall not be permitted to enroll, participate, or be employed in an institution’s summer camp.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Registration by Mail or On-line:
To enroll in camp a completed registration form, with physical and full payment, must be received by the Rutgers Football office by June 12,
2009. Payments by check can not be accepted after June 1! You will receive a confirmation letter after your application has
been processed. If you register and pay on-line, please remember a current Physical Form, signed by a physician, must be sent to us in order for the camper to check-in.
Upon registering on-line, a medical form will be attached to your emailed confirmation; we will also accept a completed school physical if it has been signed by a doctor within a year of the start of camp. Walk-in registrations on the first day of camp are NOT guaranteed a space.
Medical Insurance:
The University does not provide medical insurance for campers. In the event of illness or injury requiring
treatment, hospitalization, or surgery, family medical insurance must be used.
The University requires that campers be covered by some form of personal medical insurance.
What to Bring:
• Sweats, shirts, socks, gym shorts, grass football cleats, sneakers and supporters
• Bed linens, pillows, towels, face cloths, fan, sun screen and toiletries
• Spending money for snacks, drinks and Rutgers Football merchandise at our Camp Store
• Lunch will be provided at the one-day camps.
