PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers head football coach Greg Schiano announced Monday that Darrell Givens (Fort Washington, Md.) has joined the Rutgers football program. Givens is eligible to practice and participate in game action in 2009 for the Scarlet Knights.
