May 7, 2008 Kelly Selected as ECAC Co-Rookie of the Year
CAPE COD, Mass. – Rutgers attackman Kory Kelly (Princeton, N.J.) was selected as the ECAC Co-Rookie of the Year after leading the Scarlet Knights with 24 goals during his freshman campaign, the league announced Tuesday. Additionally, sophomore Justin Pennington (Flemington, N.J.) and junior Chris O'Dougherty (Kinnelon, N.J.) garnered First Team All-ECAC honors.

Kelly, who scored a career-high four goals in a 7-6 come-from-behind victory over Massachusetts Saturday afternoon, has received the weekly award on four occasions this season.

April 26, 2008 Scarlet Knights Fall to ECAC Rival Georgetown
PISCATAWAY, NJ. – Sophomore Justin Pennington (Flemington, N.J.) and junior Jeff Rommel (Syracuse, N.Y.) each scored twice for the Rutgers men's lacrosse team, but a balanced Georgetown attack paced the Hoyas to a 13-7 ECAC victory over the Scarlet Knights Saturday afternoon at Yurcak Field.

April 25, 2008 Rutgers Hosts Georgetown in Crucial ECAC Contest
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Rutgers men's lacrosse team returns home Saturday to face No. 4 Georgetown in a battle between two of the top three teams in the Eastern College Athletic Conference. The Hoyas will be the second Top Five opponent the Scarlet Knights have faced in their last three outings. The game will air live on CN8 at 1 p.m. as the ECAC Lacrosse Game of the Week. The action can be seen throughout CN8's entire market, ranging from Maine to Virginia, which encompasses over nine million homes.

April 21, 2008 Olin Named ECAC Co-Defensive Player of the Week
CAPE COD, Mass. – Rutgers sophomore goalie Billy Olin (Horseheads, N.Y.) earned ECAC men's lacrosse Co-Defensive Player of the Week honors for the second time this season, the league announced Monday. Additionally, sophomore Hunter Burnard (Binghamton, N.Y.) was named to the league's Honor Roll.

April 20, 2008 Defense Leads Rutgers To 8-4 Win Over Penn State
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. The Rutgers men's lacrosse team jumped out to an early 3-0 lead and put forth an exceptional defensive effort en route to an 8-4 ECAC win over Penn State Sunday afternoon at Jeffrey Field. The Scarlet Knights improve to 5-6 overall and move into a tie for third place in the ECAC with a 3-2 league mark.

Chris O'Dougherty's favorite Scarlet Knights' lacrosse memory is the victory his team earned over Massachusetts last season that took the Minutemen out of the playoffs.
