The Rutgers men’s track and field team will be at the 120th running of The Penn Relays this weekend at historic Franklin Field. More than 22,000 athletes from around the world will convene upon Philadelphia to compete in the event which has seen more competitors enter than any meet in the world.

April-24-14 Rowing Closes Home Season on Raritan vs. Holy Cross
The Rutgers rowing team will race on the Raritan River for the final time this spring, as the Scarlet Knights hit the water against Holy Cross on Sunday, April 27, in New Brunswick, N.J. Following competition, the program's seniors will christen four pair/doubles boats.

Rutgers baseball will honor the legendary career of coach Fred Hill in a ceremony scheduled prior to the May 10 game versus USF at Bainton Field. The program will retire his No. 24 as part of the festivities.

April-24-14 Women’s Soccer Closes Spring With Be The Match Scrimmage
The Rutgers women’s soccer team closes the spring season on Friday, April 25 at 6 p.m. against in-state rival, Princeton, at Yurcak Field. The Scarlet Knights will raise awareness for the Be The Match organization throughout the contest.

Behind three-run home runs from sophomores Stephanie Huang (Paramus, N.J.) and Melanie Slowinski (Severn, Md.) in an eight-run bottom of the fourth inning, the Rutgers softball team trounced visiting St. John’s ,13-3, Wednesday afternoon at the RU Softball Complex.

April-23-14 Baseball Drops to Wagner, 10-7
Rutgers baseball snapped its five-game winning streak with a 10-7 defeat to Wagner Wednesday at Richmond County Bank Ballpark. It was the first road game for the Scarlet Knights in 21 days.

April-23-14 WLAX Welcomes Temple on Senior Day
The Rutgers women’s lacrosse team (8-8, 2-4 BIG EAST) looks to stay in the hunt for the final seed to the BIG EAST Tournament, as the squad hosts Temple (6-9, 3-3 BIG EAST) on Senior Day at High Point Solutions Stadium Friday, April 25 at 7 p.m.

April-22-14 Baseball Downs Rider, 6-4
Rutgers baseball extended its winning streak to a season-best five games with a 6-4 victory over Rider Tuesday at Bainton Field. The game was the finale of a 13-game homestand for the Scarlet Knights (19-18), ending that stretch at 9-4 to improve to over .500 for the first time this year.
