An 11-run fourth inning against Memphis in the second game of a doubleheader Friday allowed the Rutgers softball team to cruise to a 14-2 win in five innings. The victory completed a day’s sweep at the RU Softball Complex for the Scarlet Knights.

Freshman Gaby Rosa (Perth Amboy, N.J.) did not allow an earned run over 8.1 innings to propel Rutgers baseball to a 3-1 victory Friday at Bainton Field. The win clinches the series for the Scarlet Knights, as the game took just 1:59.

In the quarterfinals of the American Athletic Conference Championships, the No. 5 seeded Rutgers tennis team upset No. 4 Louisville, 4-2, Friday afternoon at the Andros Courts on the campus of the University of South Florida.
