Shannon Haines ’16 won the Open Women 30-Minute Row event at the MidAtlantic Erg Sprints this past Saturday in Alexandria, VA.  With eight minutes to go, Haines took the lead and didn’t look back.  She spun a 1:59.5 final average split to edge out second place.

A Fairfax, VA native, Haines graduated from James Madison High School in 2012 where she rowed under Head Women’s Coach Paul Allbright.
