- How do I order tickets?
- Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office, by phone at 1-866-445-GORU (4678), or online.
- We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
- Which sports are tickets available for?
- Season, partial season and single game tickets are available for men’s and women’s basketball and football.
- Men’s and women’s soccer and men’s lacrosse tickets are available only on game day.
- All other sports do not require the purchase of a ticket .
- How are seats assigned?
- Season ticket seating is based on the priority points system.
- Single game seating for football and men’s basketball is based on availability.
- Women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer single game seating is general admission.
- What is the “priority points system”?
- Priority points are accumulated by maintaining season tickets over consecutive years as well as through donations to the Scarlet R Club (732-932-7629). Some seating sections require a minimum number of priority points before purchase. For more info click here.
- How do I log in to renew my seats?

- How do I change my seats/parking?
- All seat changes and /or parking change requests must be done in writing on your renewal. It is important to get the renewal back to us by the deadline date.
- What are handling fees?
- When placing a phone order through the ticket office, there is a $6.00 handling charge for the total order. When purchasing online there is a per ticket charge as well as a $3.00 handling charge. There is a cap to this is you are ordering more than one online.
- What seating is available for fans with disabilities?
- If you or anyone in your party requires special seating needs, notify our ticket staff when placing your order. All facilities offer seating for disabled fans and allow an additional seat to be purchased in this area for a companion.
- Parking
- Football lots open 3 hours prior to kick-off, with the exception of homecoming which is 4 hours.
- The only parking lots sold for single games are Purple or the RAC (subject to availability). The Purple Lot is a 10 minute walk to the stadium, but does also offer a tram service. RAC shuttles run continuously throughout the Game starting 3 hours prior to kick-off.

- How late can I place my ticket order for Will Call?
- If the game is on the weekend then orders must be placed on Friday by 12 noon. If the game is during the week; then orders must be placed by 12 noon the day of.
- Where is Will Call located?
- For Football games Will Call is located at the North gate.
- For Basketball it is located at the window all the way to the left in front of the RAC.
- Where is the player guest entrance located?
- For football games player guest is located at the East Gate
- For Basketball games it is located at the Media Entrance on the South side of the RAC.
- A ticket representative will be there to help you. It is very important to have ID ready, as no tickets are released without proper identification.
- Where can I buy a shirt if I am not at the game?

- The Rutgers Bookstore in New Brunswick; at the Ferren Deck Mall on Albany Street.
