• How do I order tickets?
• Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office, by phone at 1-866-445-GORU (4678), or online.
• We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

• Which sports are tickets available for?
• Season, partial season and single game tickets are available for men’s and women’s basketball, football, and wrestling.
• Men’s and women’s soccer and men’s lacrosse tickets are available only on game day.
• All other sports do not require the purchase of a ticket.

• How are seats assigned?
• Season ticket seating is based on the priority points system.
• Single game seating for football and men’s basketball is based on availability.
• Women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer single game seating is general admission.

• What is the “priority points system”?
• Priority points are accumulated by maintaining season tickets over consecutive years as well as through donations to the Athletic Development (848-932-7629). Some seating sections require a minimum number of priority points before purchase. For more info click here.

• How do I log in to renew my seats?

• How do I change my seats/parking?
• All seat changes and /or parking change requests must be done in writing on your renewal. It is important to get the renewal back by the deadline date.

• What seating is available for fans with disabilities?
• If you or anyone in your party requires special seating needs, notify our ticket staff when placing your order. All facilities offer seating for disabled fans and allow an additional seat to be purchased in this area for a companion.

• Parking
• Football lots open 3 hours prior to kick-off, with the exception of homecoming which is 4 hours.
• The only parking lot sold for single games is the RAC (subject to availability). RAC shuttles run continuously throughout the Game starting 3 hours prior to kick-off.

• Where is Will Call located?
• For Football games Will Call is located at the North Gate.
• For Basketball it is located at the window all the way to the left in front of the RAC.

• Where is the player guest entrance located?
• For football games player guest is located at the North Gate
• For Basketball games it is located at the Media Entrance on the South side of the RAC.
• A ticket representative will be there to help you. It is very important to have ID ready, as no tickets are released without proper identification.
