Werneke on Fletcher – “Meme is a very skilled outside hitter that is a true six-rotation player. Anytime a program can add a player that has the skill set to play all the way around, it’s going to make a positive impact on that team.  We are looking forward to having Meme make that impact; she plays with a passion and enthusiasm that really caught our attention. She is a tremendous back row player as she has great instincts and vision defensively. Meme also shows composure and confidence in her passing game.  She is a well-rounded attacker who can hit with power, but has the ability to move the ball around and keep the defense off-balance.”
