SNY to Televise Rutgers Nike Football Uniform Unveiling

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (April 26, 2012) – Rutgers Football is set to debut new Nike football uniforms Tuesday, May 1 at SNY’s studios in midtown Manhattan. SNY, the exclusive television home of Rutgers Football, will broadcast the uniform unveiling live at 1:30 p.m. with host Chris Carlin. Three Scarlet Knights – defensive tackle Scott Vallone, wide receiver Mark Harrison and linebacker Khaseem Greene will debut the three new uniform looks.
SNY’s Chris Carlin will host the special live program, which will include interviews with Rutgers head football coach Kyle Flood and Director of Athletics Tim Pernetti.
Fans wanting to attend the event can watch the special live program outside of SNY’s studios in their plaza area on viewable television monitors.
RVision will provide behind-the-scenes access from the unveiling at SNY, along with the players’ trip in and around New York City wearing the new uniforms. Fans are encouraged to tweet the hashtag #RSwag when discussing Rutgers’ new uniforms.
