The Brand Advancement department is responsible for elevating awareness of Rutgers Athletics by creating video, graphic, social and photo content that celebrates Scarlet Knights teams and student-athletes, while establishing a consistent and professional look-and-feel reflective of the Big Ten Conference.
Each year, the Brand Advancement staff creates thousands of graphics and hundreds of videos that are distributed via social media, video boards, billboards and consumed regionally, nationally and worldwide. The staff also manages social media strategy for the main Athletics platforms as well as team accounts across Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok which comprise a total audience of more than 1.28 million.
Located in Jersey Mike’s Arena, office staff utilizes a studio complete with an LED board, lighting, custom flooring and backdrops to capture creative photo and video content. Visit
