Jersey Mike's Arena ADA Information
Rutgers Athletics is committed to meeting the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and its corresponding regulations. ADA accommodations can be made available by calling the Rutgers Ticket Office at 866-445-GORU (4678).
Tickets
ADA accessible tickets for events in Jersey Mike’s Arena are available on a first come, first serve basis on the day of the game. Fans can exchange existing tickets for accessible seating by visiting the ticket window inside the arena.
Closed Captioning
Closed captioning is available on the corner videoboards inside Jersey Mike’s Arena. Closed captioning is also available via mobile phone through the Scarlet Knights App. From inside the app, click ‘More’ on the bottom right corner of the screen and select ‘Closed Caption – Jersey Mike’s Arena.’
Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area
Guest can utilize the ADA pick-up and drop-off location for all sporting events at Jersey Mike’s Arena. This is located in the curve at the front of the arena off Rockafeller Road.
Please note, this is NOT a shuttle service. Guests will be instructed to move their vehicles immediately once the pick-up/drop off is complete.
Elevators
Accessible elevators are located on the concourse level, in the Northwest corner of the arena. The elevators provide access from the lobby to the floor level of Jersey Mike’s Arena.
Guest Services
The guest services team is located in the lobby of Jersey Mike’s Arena next to the ticket window.
Event staff members are located at all entrances inside the arena. To request guest assistance, report a concern, or if you feel threatened in any way, please notify the nearest member of the arena event staff or uniformed police officer.
Nursing Mothers
A private wellness space is available upon request for all nursing mothers inside Jersey Mike’s Arena. Please visit a guest services representative located in the arena lobby next to the ticket window.
Parking
For parking accommodation, please provide a copy of your placard for confirmation. ADA parking is subject to availability on game days. For questions regarding ADA parking, call the Rutgers Ticket Office at 866-445-GORU (4678).
