Men’s Golf Signs Four to National Letters of Intent

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers men’s golf head coach Rob Shutte announced the signings of Cade Anderson, Weston Jones, Garrett Kessler and Luke Wells to national letters of intent. Wells will join the program during the 2021 spring semester as a transfer from Butler University, while Anderson, Jones and Kessler will all be eligible for the Scarlet Knights beginning next fall.

"We were fortunate to have such a great class of talented men committed to us early last spring before the pandemic slowed the recruiting process,” Shutte said. “We have attracted a group of guys who come to Rutgers knowing what the expectations are as we continue to grow this program year over year. They are all athletic and love to compete, something we look for during our recruiting process. We can't wait to get them all on campus to help them become the best they can be and forge relationships that will last a lifetime."
