PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Nine Rutgers football players took the field during Week 7 of the 2021 NFL season. Sebastian Joseph-Day added his third sack of the season for the Los Angeles Rams in their home victory over Detroit on Sunday. Duron Harmon logged six tackles for Atlanta in its road win at Miami, while Logan Ryan swatted down two passes for the New York Giants in their home win against Carolina.

Joseph-Day’s Career Season
Sebastian Joseph-Day (Los Angeles Rams) continues to have a career season in his fourth year in the league. Through seven games, Joseph-Day has produced 38 tackles, five quarterback hits, three sacks and three tackles-for-loss. His 38 stops rank second amongst defensive tackles, while his three sacks are a career high.
Logan Ryan Leads the Way
With 54 combined stops, Logan Ryan leads the New York Giants in tackles through the team’s first seven games of the season. Ryan, who signed a three-year, $31 million contract extension in the offseason, has produced 75 or more tackles over the past three seasons.
