PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Big Ten Conference and its television partners released five 2022 Rutgers football game times on Thursday. That includes the Sept. 3 season opener at Boston College being set for noon (ACC Network) and the home opener the following week at SHI Stadium versus Wagner locked in for 4 p.m. on Big Ten Network.
The week three road game at Temple is scheduled to broadcast on ESPN+ with the game time to be determined. Beforehand, a Rutgers pep rally will be held Xfinity Live outside of Lincoln Financial Field, more details to follow on the event.
Other times released include Oct. 1 at Ohio State slated for 3:30 p.m., while the Oct. 7 Friday home contest versus Nebraska will start at 7 p.m. (FS1). The annual Rutgers homecoming game will be Oct. 22 against Indiana, with the kickoff time now revealed as noon.

The remaining game times and television designations will be decided throughout the season during the 12-/6-day selection process.
