Prior to Rutgers: Coached by Tim Gushue at Shawnee … played linebacker and tight end during scholastic career, closing with 184 tackles in three varsity seasons … helped the Renegades to a NJSIAA Group IV playoff appearance in 2023 … finished senior season with 88 tackles, 30 tackles-for-loss, six sacks, three forced fumbles and a fumble recovery … also added 30 catches for 533 yards and four touchdowns on offense … first team all-division and second team all-group by The Star-Ledger … an all-division pick by the Courier News … tallied 72 tackles as a junior.
