Women's Golf Finishes 18th at Shootout at the Legends

FRANKLIN, IN – The Rutgers University women’s golf team finished 18th overall at the Shootout at the Legends on Oct. 10 and 11, shooting a 965 (332, 324, 309) over the three-round tournament.
Freshman Ashley Kozlowski (Windsor, CT) was the top finisher for the Scarlet Knights, firing a 240 (85, 84, 71) over the 54-hole event. Senior Lauren Braswell (Basking Ridge, NJ), who also carded a 240 (78, 86, 76), tied with Kozlowski for the best Scarlet Knight score.
Kent State won the event, while Illinois State and Missouri finished second and third respectively during the event held in Franklin, IN.
The Scarlet Knights will continue their fall season when they play host during the Rutgers Women’s Invitational set to take place on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 14 and 15.
