NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - The No. 17 Rutgers heavyweight crew was swept by No. 6 Northeastern April 24 on the Raritan River.
The Scarlet Knights, 17th in the latest USRowing Varsity Eight National Poll (April 20), posted a time of 6:00.1 in the varsity eight race behind Northeastern's 5:52.8 effort. RU also fell to the Terriers in the second varsity eight (6:19.7), freshman eight (6:30.2) and second varsity eight (7:16.3).
