Rutgers Assistant Coach Frank Edgar to Fight in UFC 78

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Rutgers assistant wrestling coach Frank Edgar is scheduled to take on Spencer Fisher at UFC 78 on Saturday, Nov. 17, in Newark, N.J.
Edgar, a mixed martial arts fighter whose nickname is "the Answer," is 7-0 in his UFC career, including wins over Tyson Griffin at UFC 67 and a win via technical knockout against Mark Bocek at UFC 73.
"Frank is exactly what I want in a coach," said Rutgers head coach Scott Goodale. "His intensity and work ethic are by far what separates him from anybody I have ever seen. Our kids love training with him."
Edgar, a native of Toms River, N.J., has been featured in two of New Jersey's largest newspapers, the Asbury Park Press and the Home News Tribune.
