PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Can't make the trip to Birmingham for the upcoming PapaJohns.com Bowl? You can still help your Rutgers Scarlet Knights by purchasing tickets to the game and gifting them back to the university. Your ticket purchase will allow Birmingham-area kids the opportunity to cheer on Rutgers at the game. Hundreds of Rutgers fans made this program wildly successful in Toronto and Houston. Please help Rutgers bring the same goodwill to Birmingham this year.
Tickets are $40 and will be considered a gift-in-kind to Rutgers Athletics. You will receive priority point credit for participating in the "Gift a Ticket for Youth" program.
Your charitable contribution will be acknowledged as a gift-in-kind by the Rutgers University Foundation and will earn you priority points for the 2009-10 athletic seasons. Priority points accrue at a rate of 5 points for every $25 gifted -- buy 1 ticket and gain 8 priority points; buy 5 tickets and gain 40 priority points...
