Andre Civil Enrolled at Rutgers

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Rutgers football program added its second member of the 2009 recruiting class as Andre Civil (Brooklyn, N.Y.) has enrolled at Rutgers.Civil joined the squad Monday and will participate in spring practice for the Scarlet Knights in March.
He is the second early-enrollee for the 2009 recruiting class, joining freshman defensive back Mohamed Sanu (South Brunswick, N.J.) at Rutgers.
