Dec 27 | Football
Several NFL Knights had big performances in week 16 of the NFL, led by rookie cornerback Devin McCourty. A strong candidate for NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, McCourty started at cornerback and totaled four tackles and a forced fumble as the New England Patriots (13-2) clinched the AFC East division title and home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Pro Bowl running back Ray Rice of the Baltimore Ravens, the reigning AFC Offensive Player of the Week, rushed for 95 yards to help lock up an AFC playoff berth for the Ravens in a 20-10 victory at Cleveland.
