
Rutgers Football Coaching Staff to Conduct Annual Football Coaches Clinic

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (March 31, 2011) - Rutgers head football coach Greg Schiano and his staff will again welcome hundreds of coaches to Rutgers' Annual Football Coaches Clinic April 8-9 in Piscataway. Joining the Rutgers coaching staff in this year's event will be ESPN College Football analyst and former Florida head coach Urban Meyer, who will serve as a keynote speaker.
The clinic will feature lectures and demonstrations by Schiano and the coaching staff, who have guided Rutgers to five bowl appearances, including four bowl championships.
The 2011 clinic will feature sessions with the offensive and defensive coaching staffs and provide on-field demonstrations with members of the Scarlet Knights' squad, which will be in the midst of spring drills. Clinic attendees will have an opportunity to observe a practice on Friday, April 8, and an intrasquad scrimmage on Saturday, April 9, in Rutgers Stadium.
The clinic costs $55 per person and includes clinic materials, Friday's lunch and dinner and a coaches' Friday night social.
