Rutgers-North Carolina Kickoff Time Announced

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (May 11, 2011) – The first road game of the 2011 college football season for Rutgers – Saturday, Sept. 10 at North Carolina - will kickoff at 12:30 p.m., the Atlantic Coast Conference announced today. The game will be televised on ACC/Raycom affiliates on the ACC Raycom Network. Those affiliates will be announced when finalized. A New York market clearance is to be determined.
The telecast also will be available nationally on ESPN GamePlan PPV and ESPN3.com.
It is the first visit to Chapel Hill for the Scarlet Knights since a 21-16 victory to open the 2006 season. Rutgers is 3-2 all-time vs. the Tar Heels, including a 1-0 mark at Kenan Stadium.
Coverage on the Rutgers Radio Network for the UNC game begins at 11:30 a.m. with the one-hour pre-game show. Chris Carlin, Ray Lucas and Anthony “Fooch” Fucilli have the call.
