2011 Greg Schiano Charity Golf Classic a Success

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (June 20, 2011) – The fifth annual Greg Schiano Charity Golf Classic had another record turnout Monday at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster Township, N.J. The event benefited the Eric LeGrand Believe Fund, Athletes in Action and the Embrace Kids Foundation.
Today's event raised $80,000 and more than $320,000 has been donated since the event began. The Eric LeGrand Believe Fund received $40,000 while $30,000 was given to Athletes in Action and $10,000 went to New Brunswick's Embrace Kids Foundation.
This year’s event featured a round of golf, a photo for every golfer with Coach Schiano, a $100 Nike Gift Card, lunch, cocktail reception and dinner along with select prizes and awards for the participants.
