Tonight's attendance of 106,795 marked the largest crowd to witness a Rutgers football game in its 145-year history. It was the second time over 100,000 fans packed a stadium to see a game the Scarlet Knights were involved in.

It was the first meeting between the two of the oldest FBS programs. Rutgers leads the nation with 1,295 games played, while Ohio State is fifth with 1,226 in its history.

Rutgers successfully converted on fourth down onece in two tries during the game. The offense is now 5-for-10 on fourth down attempts this season.

Rutgers has made at least one field goal in 13 straight games.

Rutgers committed zero penalties for the game.

PLAYER NOTES
RB Desmon Peoples
Peoples scored his first career touchdown in the first quarter on the third offensive drive of the game for Rutgers. He had 34 yards rushing on the drive, including a 20-yard run to put the Scarlet Knights at the 2-yard line.

Peoples later found the end zone for a second time on a 12-yard rush in the fourth quarter.

He matched his career high with 83 rushing yards for the game (5.5 yards/rush). He also achieved that in the game against Tulane.

K Kyle Federico
Federico connected on a field goal from 42 yards out in the third quarter. It was 27th career field goal, tying him with Doug Giesler (1986-89) for eighth in school history. He has made nine of his 11 attempts this season and 17-of-21 dating back to last year.

WR Leonte Carroo
Carroo recorded his fifth career 100-yard receiving game and third this season. He also topped the 100-mark versus Washington State (151) and Tulane (140).

DL David Milewski
Milewski tied his career high with seven tackles in the game. He also reached that marked against Cincinnati last season.

RB Justin Goodwin
Goodwin had a season-high four receptions out of the backfield. He also had a 28-yard rush, his longest of the season.
