PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Check out the special promotions awaiting fans for the upcoming 2014-15 Rutgers women's basketball home games.
Included among the special promotions in Rutgers' inaugural season in the Big Ten are schedule posters and magnets, camo hats, inaugural B1G t-shirts and a Scarlet Knight bobblehead giveaways. Halftime acts include Drums of Thunder, Simon Sez, the Bucks County Bungee Jumpers and Junior Knights Dance Team.
Fans who hold tickets for RU's football game with Indiana on Saturday, Nov. 15 can show their football ticket at the RAC box office to receive a free ticket to the women's basketball home opener against St. Joseph's on Friday, Nov. 14. Free tickets are limited and distributed on a first come, first served basis.
RU's Black Friday game with Colgate on Nov. 18 includes a special ticket offer of "Buy Two Tickets, Get Two Free", valid for both the contest with the Red Raiders, as well as the Nov. 30 game with Davidson.
Kids Days, on Dec. 14 with Tennessee and Feb. 1 against Penn State, will include post game foul shots and a pregame kids zone with inflatables and games available 90 minutes prior to tip. The contest with the Nittany Lions is sponsored by Brother.
