
Four Land on All-Big Ten Academic Team

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Rutgers women's cross country team had four Scarlet Knights named to the Big Ten All-Academic Team, it was announced on Wednesday by the conference office.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be letterwinners who are in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
Academic All-Big Ten:
Kaitlyn Bedard - Sophomore - Ringoes, N.J. - Undeclared
Brianna Deming - Senior - Webster, N.Y. - Pharmacy
Allison Payenski - Senior - Whitehouse Station, N.J. - Biological Sciences
Paige Senatore - Junior - Delsea, N.J. - Psychology
The four members of the All-Big Ten Academic team were among the 977 fall sport student-athletes honored and 153 women's cross country student-athletes recognized.
