Golf Concludes Pirate Invitational

Bedminster, N.J. -- Rutgers women's golf placed 11th with a 638 (322-316) at the two-round Pirate Invitational on Friday, April 3 at Trump National in Bedminster, N.J.
Junior Jacquelyn Mullens turned in the best finish for the Scarlet Knights as she shot a 157 (77-80) over the two days to place 22nd in a field of 70 golfers.
Freshman Emily Mills tied for 35th with a 160 (81-79), while classmate Tatum Jackson shaved six strokes off her first round score to finish tied for 39th with a 162 (84-78). Junior Christina Paulsen placed in a tie for 44th with a 164 (80-84), followed by Racquel Zurick who tied for 53rd with a 167 (88-79).
Georgia won the Pirate Invitational (599), followed by Princeton in second (607) and Columbia in third (613).
Rutgers will return to action on Saturday, April 11 for the River Landing Classic in Wilmington, N.C.
