Ten Academic All-B1G Members

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Ten members of the Rutgers women's track and field team were named All-Big Ten Academic honorees it was announced on Thursday by the conference office.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be letterwinners who are in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.

Jillian Grant -- Senior -- Old Bridge, N.J. -- journalism and media studies
Ellen Miller -- Sophomore -- Morris Plains, N.J. -- visual arts

Allison Payenski - Senior -- Whitehouse Station, N.J. -- biological science

The ten members of the All-Big Ten Academic team were among the 1,447 spring/at-large sport student-athletes honored and 248 women's track and field student-athletes recognized.
