In week one of the NFL season, former Scarlet Knights made their impact felt across the league, many of them playing in new places. In his first game in an Atlanta uniform after signing with the Falcons last offseason, Mohamed Sanu caught five passes for 80 yards, including a touchdown and a 59-yard grab, and also secured a two-point conversion. Rookie Leonte Carroo started in his NFL debut for Miami, making two catches for 14 yards. Marcus Cooper made his Arizona Cardinals debut on Sunday Night Football, while Kenny Britt also performed well on the primetime stage, making four catches for 67 yards on Monday Night Football.
