PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers football leads all FBS programs with 21 student-athletes named to the Hampshire Honor Society, the National Football Foundation (NFF) announced Wednesday.
The list is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers, saw action as a starter or significant contributor and competed in their final year of eligibility in 2025 or return with an undergraduate degree.
This continues the consistent academic success for Rutgers football, as a program-record 65 student-athletes were named to the Academic All-Big Ten list and the program set a record for the second consecutive semester with a 3.43 GPA this past fall. In addition, both Antwan Raymond and Jakob Anderson were recognized on the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
