In week two of the NFL season, it was time for the Scarlet Knights on the defensive side of the ball to shine. Marcus Cooper led the way with two interceptions of Jameis Winston, returning one sixty yards for a touchdown. Duron Harmon also had a key interception, picking off Ryan Tannehil in the end zone to seal a Patriots' victory. His teammate Logan Ryan had an interception in that game, while Jason McCourty had a team-high six tackles in the Titans' victory.

Kenny Britt (Los Angeles Rams)
For the second straight week, Britt led the Rams in receiving with six catches for 94 yards.

Michael Burton (Detroit Lions)
Burton saw time at fullback for the Lions against the Titans.
Leonte Carroo (Miami Dolphins)
Carroo did not record any stats in his second career game.
Brandon Coleman (New Orleans Saints)
Coleman had two catches for 15 yards in his return to New Jersey to face the Giants.
Marcus Cooper (Arizona Cardinals)
Cooper was the star in the Cardinals' win over Tampa Bay, recording two interceptions and returning one 60 yards for a touchdown. He also had seven tackles and three passes defended.

Anthony Davis (San Franisco 49ers)
Davis missed the game Sunday due to injury.
Andrew DePaola (Tampa Bay Bucaneers)
DePaola is the starting long snapper for the Buccaneers.
Jonathan Freeny (New England Patriots)
Freeny had three tackles and a pass defended in the Patriots' win over Miami.

Gause was added to the Patriots practice squad after spending training camp with the Eagles.

Devin McCourty (New England Patriots)
McCourty started and made one tackle in the Patriots' win over Miami.
Jason McCourty (Tennessee Titans)
McCourty started and led the team with six tackles and a pass defended in a victory over the Lions.
Logan Ryan (New England Patriots)
Ryan started, was second on the team with seven tackles and forced a fumble in the Patriots' win over Miami.
Mohamed Sanu (Atlanta Falcons)
Sanu had three catches for 19 yards in his second game in Atlanta.
Tim Wright (Detroit Lions)
Wright will spend the 2016 season on the Lions' injured reserve.
