TEAM NOTES
• Iowa defeated Rutgers in the first meeting between the teams on the gridiron. The Scarlet Knights have now played nine different Big Ten opponents since joining the conference in 2014.
• The offense put together a 13-play, 88-yard drive for a touchdown in the fourth quarter, the longest scoring drive by plays and yards this season.
• Rutgers totaled 383 total yards of offense to top 300 for the fourth-straight game to open the season. The last time RU did that was in 2012.
