#NFLKnights: Week 14

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Eleven former Rutgers football players competed during Week 14 of the NFL season. Logan Ryan led Tennessee with seven tackles and a sack, helping his team to a 30-9 victory over Jacksonville on Sunday. On offense, Mohamed Sanu hauled in six catches for 54 yards against Green Bay, while rookie Gus Edwards rushed for 67 yards on 16 carries against Kansas City.

In total, 18 Scarlet Knights are on 2018 NFL rosters, including 13 active members, three on injured reserve and three on practice squads.

2018: Oakland placed DePaola on season-ending IR after he suffered a torn ACL in the season opener. DePaola signed a four-year, $4.27 million contract in the offseason, making him the highest-paid long snapper in the NFL.

2018: Cincinnati placed Kroft on season-ending IR on Nov. 17 with a foot injury. Kroft entered his fourth season with Cincinnati after a breakout year for the Bengals last fall, as he recorded 42 receptions for 404 yards and seven touchdowns in 16 starts at tight end in 2017.

Steve Longa

2018: Detroit placed Longa on season-ending injured reserve after he tore his ACL during the 2018 preseason. Longa appeared in 15 games for Detroit last season as a reserve linebacker and on special teams.
