Edwards and Sanu scored the second and third touchdowns, respectively, for Scarlet Knights in the NFL this season. It was the first time multiple players from Rutgers scored in the same week since Week 12 of the 2017 season, when Sanu (Atlanta) and Tyler Kroft (Cincinnati) both hauled in touchdown receptions.

Sanu's touchdown was his second of the season, as he also scored for Atlanta on a 14-yard reception during Week 5. For Edwards, it was his first of the season and third of his career since entering the league in 2018.

Standout Season for Ryan
Logan Ryan continues to put up impressive numbers for Tennessee in 2019. Through nine games, Ryan is first on the team in interceptions (3), passes defended (12), and forced fumbles (3) and is second in tackles (61) and sacks (3.5). Ryan has logged eight or more tackles in six games this season, including his season-high 10 stops this past weekend.
Interception Production
Former Rutgers defensive backs have had an impressive impact in NFL secondaries, with four Scarlet Knights accounting for 11 interceptions to begin the 2019 season. An RU player has recorded an interception in eight of the first nine weeks of the season, as Devin McCourty leads the league with five picks. Logan Ryan (3), Duron Harmon (2) and Jason McCourty (1) have also contributed to the interception total.

What to Know: Austin was selected in the sixth round (pick No. 196) of the 2019 NFL Draft by the New York Jets. The Jets placed Austin on their reserve/non-football injury list, making Austin inactive to begin the 2019 season.
