PISCATAWAY, N.J. (Feb. 6, 2019) - The 2019 Rutgers softball battery will be made up of an interesting dynamic. In the circle, the Scarlet Knights return 90 percent of last year's innings pitched and add an exciting freshman arm to the mix. Behind the plate, Rutgers' returning catchers only started seven games last spring and welcome three rookies to the squad.
