PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers Athletics has announced the addition of Autumn Glowacki to the Athletics Facilities staff and will serve as an Assistant Director of Facilities and Events.
 
"We are extremely excited to add Autumn to our family," said Senior Associate Athletic Director of Facilities, Events and Operations Matt Colagiovanni. "Autumn comes to our department with overall experience handling event management and operating facilities as well as knowledge with external special events."
 
Glowacki arrives at Rutgers after spending the last four years at George Washington University as Coordinator of Operations and Senior Athletic Operations Associate for Events and Facilities providing support for the Colonials' 27 varsity teams. During her tenure, she managed both internal intercollegiate, as well as external events on campus including serving as host with USA Women's Basketball, the WNBA's Washington Mystics, Professional Fighter League MMA and the Washington Kastles Professional Tennis Team in addition to George Washington's appearances in the 2016 NIT, 2017 Women's NIT, 2018 CBI Tournament and 2018 Atlantic 10 Baseball Tournament.
 
Prior to her stint with George Washington, Glowacki worked as a marketing representative with Meridian Fitness and Wellness providing community and corporate outreach in addition to recruiting new membership, optimizing club retention and designing promotional strategies. She also served as a marketing coordinator with Saint Peter's Sports Medicine Institute overseeing social media content and organizing marketing events in the community.
 
A Rutgers graduate, Glowacki began her athletics career "On the Banks" as a football student athletic trainer, including the Scarlet Knights' New Era Pinstripe Bowl appearance in 2011. She also worked as a social media and game day media intern with the marketing department at Montclair State University.
 
Glowacki graduated from Rutgers with a degree in exercise science and sports studies in 2012 and received a Master's in exercise science and physical education from Montclair State University in 2014.
