Membership packs will be available for pick up starting at the second home football game, Saturday, September 6th , on the Rutgers Boardwalk.

Where can I pick up my membership pack?
You can pick up your membership pack on the Rutgers Boardwalk at Sir Henry's Castle starting on Saturday, September 6th at the second home football game vs. Miami (OH). The Rutgers Boardwalk is located on 1 Scarlet Knight Way in Piscataway, New Jersey and is open four hours prior to kickoff at every Rutgers football home game. Sir Henry's Castle can be found at the end of the boardwalk - next to the stage and closest to SHI Stadium.
How do I access my tickets?
You will recieve a form in your confirmation email after purchasing your membership that will allow you to claim your tickets. Reminder - certain sport schedules have not been released yet so a selection of available games will be added to the form upon their release. For any questions regarding ticketing, please contact the Rutgers Ticket Office at 732-445-GORU.
What is the renewal process?
Sir Henry's Kids Club Membership is not automatically renewed. Current Kids Club members will be offered a discounted price to renew your membership for the 2026-2027 academic year on certain occasions. Renewals will open up to the public July 1, 2026.
How do I sign up multiple children in my family?
At checkout, you will have to fill each child's name and birthday. You will also receive a separate confirmation email where you can pick out your free tickets!
Is there a discounted price for registering multiple children?
No - each Kid's Club Membership is sold at $40 + tax.
How will I recieve information and updates regarding Sir Henry's Kids Club?
You will be added to an email list that will communicate information and updates regarding Sir Henry's Kids Club.
