PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Jim Panagos met with the media to talk about developing the defensive line, the importance of establishing relationships in recruiting and more. A native of East Islip, New York, Panagos is back on the Rutgers staff after previously serving as defensive line coach from 2012-15.
