PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers football's Nov. 20 game at Penn State will start at noon, the Big Ten announced Monday. Watch on Big Ten Network or listen on the RWJBarnabas Health Rutgers Sports Network.

It will be the 19th all-time trip to PSU for the Scarlet Knights and fourth for a Big Ten game.
