HANOVER, NEW HAMPSHIRE - Rutgers tennis concluded its fall campaign at the Big Green Invite this past weekend. Over the course of the three day weekend, the Scarlet Knights picked up four singles wins and four doubles victories against various opponents from Dartmouth, Yale, and UMass.
"Overall I'm very pleased with the team's competitive spirit this weekend, a lot of really good close competitive matches," said head coach Hilary Ritchie.. "Unfortunately due to some injuries, we had some players playing a little bit out of position, but I was really glad to see how they fought hard and we definitely have some areas where we want to improve upon."
"That's a really important thing about the fall and can focus us going into our 8 hour training so we're prepared in January. Great team spirit and I'm looking forward to our off season training!"
