Athletics, Paciolan Partner to Enhance Donor Experience

R Fund donors and season ticket holders will be able to take advantage of an integrated ticketing and fundraising platform powered by Paciolan
PISCATAWAY, NJ āĀ Rutgers Athletics and the R Fund announced upgrades and enhancements forĀ Scarlet KnightĀ donors through its continued partnership withĀ Paciolan.Ā

For the first time, R Fund donors and season ticket holders will be able to take advantage of an integrated ticketing and fundraising platform powered byĀ Paciolan.Ā This new partnershipĀ will enable Scarlet Knight supporters to purchase tickets and give donations online simultaneously,Ā while providing Rutgers Athletics with a holistic view ofĀ itsĀ supportersĀ in orderĀ to offerĀ unique andĀ personalized communications.Ā

"InĀ our constant effort toĀ provide a positiveĀ customer service experience, we are excited to announce this capabilityĀ for R Fund donorsĀ and season ticket holdersĀ thatĀ will provide a comprehensiveĀ service platformĀ for their engagementĀ with and support of Rutgers AthleticsĀ and Scarlet Knight student-athletes,"Ā said Carly Northup, Senior Associate Athletic Director/Associate Vice President of Development.Ā

Donors and season ticket holders will also be able to update their donor account information,Ā viewĀ their donation history, andĀ real-time priorityĀ pointsĀ standing through this new interface. R Fund donors with an established, current ticket account will receive an activation email fromĀ PaciolanĀ soon.Ā Ā

Athletics donation history (back to 2014) andĀ priorityĀ point breakdowns will show in online accounts over the next week and will continually update on a regular basis.Ā R Fund donors and season ticket holders with existingĀ ticket accounts can login or activate their accountsĀ here.Ā
