R Fund donors and season ticket holders will be able to take advantage of an integrated ticketing and fundraising platform powered by Paciolan
PISCATAWAY, NJ – Rutgers Athletics and the R Fund announced upgrades and enhancements for Scarlet Knight donors through its continued partnership with Paciolan.
For the first time, R Fund donors and season ticket holders will be able to take advantage of an integrated ticketing and fundraising platform powered by Paciolan. This new partnership will enable Scarlet Knight supporters to purchase tickets and give donations online simultaneously, while providing Rutgers Athletics with a holistic view of its supporters in order to offer unique and personalized communications.
"In our constant effort to provide a positive customer service experience, we are excited to announce this capability for R Fund donors and season ticket holders that will provide a comprehensive service platform for their engagement with and support of Rutgers Athletics and Scarlet Knight student-athletes," said Carly Northup, Senior Associate Athletic Director/Associate Vice President of Development.
Donors and season ticket holders will also be able to update their donor account information, view their donation history, and real-time priority points standing through this new interface. R Fund donors with an established, current ticket account will receive an activation email from Paciolan soon.
"Paciolan has been an integral partner of Rutgers Athletics for decades by supporting our ticketing technology needs. As we strive to provide championship-level resources for our student-athletes, the PAC Fund platform will enhance, while simplifying, the user interface for Rutgers Athletics donors and ticket purchasers when making financial commitments to our program," said Ryan Gottlieb, Rutgers Associate Athletic Director of Sales Strategy and Business Intelligence.
Athletics donation history (back to 2014) and priority point breakdowns will show in online accounts over the next week and will continually update on a regular basis. R Fund donors and season ticket holders with existing ticket accounts can login or activate their accounts here.
"We are proud to partner with Rutgers Athletics and help to enhance the experience for R Fund donors and season ticket holders," said Kim Damron, President and CEO of Paciolan. "Rutgers Athletics is a forward-thinking organization with a focus on innovation and this is another example of their ongoing commitment to excellence."
