Dylan Sali Joins Swimming & Diving Staff as Director of Operations

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers women's swimming & diving has announced the addition of Dylan Sali as the program's Director of Operations, it was announced on Tuesday.
Sali joins the Scarlet Knights after serving on staff with Rutgers Prep, the Cedar Hill Swim Club and the Cornell University Club team.
A member of the Romanian National Swim Team from 2015-16 and A U.S. Olympic Trial qualifier in the 100 back, 200 back and 200 individual medley, Sali was a two-time MVP at Cornell and a 17-time Ivy League Championship finalist. During his career with the Big Red, he won 18 dual meet individual events in 25 starts and established school records in the 100 back, 200 back, and 200 individual medley. Prior to the collegiate level he was the YMCA national record holder in the long course 200 and 400 medley relays and short course 200 medley relay, as well as the New Jersey's men's 15-18 state record holder in the 100 back and state champion in the 200 individual medley.
