R Fund Releases New Personalized Renewal Platform

PISCATAWAY, NJ – Rutgers Athletics and the R Fund have announced a new personalized platform that allows R Fund donors to view their contributions, membership level, and associated benefits. Additionally, donors will be able to view their renewal status through an invoice feature.
For the first time, donors will have access to an individualized page that encompasses timely information on their current and previous contributions to the R Fund. Donations and pledge payments will be updated monthly to ensure an up-to-date view of a donor's giving.
The Personalized R Fund Renewal Platform includes information on the impact of donor support, exclusive membership benefits, important R Fund dates and deadlines, giving history, and more. Additionally, donors who are also season ticket holders will be able to view policies, and deadlines as they relate to donations and season ticket parking.
The Invoice feature gives donors the chance to see the remaining balance due to renew at their most recent membership level. It also tracks any additional charitable contributions required to increase a donor's impact by contributing 10 percent more or to reach the ascending R Fund membership level.
"We are committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience for our generous R Fund donors, while educating them on the impact that their support continues to have on the academic and athletic achievements of Scarlet Knight student-athletes. This platform will be informative and provide a donor-centered approach to giving," said Carly Northup, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Development.
Through longstanding collaborative efforts between Rutgers Athletics, R Fund and Paciolan, the platform looks to provide an enhanced personalized donor experience and encourage the continued support of Scarlet Knight student-athletes and Rutgers Athletics. This is a complimentary feature to PacFund that was launched in December where donors and season ticket holders can login to their account, view giving information, and directly make a gift.
