PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Both WR Bo Melton and RB Isiah Pacheco will represent Rutgers football at the 2022 NFL Scouting Combine following the NFL's unveiling of the participants on Wednesday. The event will take place March 1 through March 7 in Indianapolis. NFL Network will carry coverage throughout the week.

Recent Scarlet Knights to earn invites include Blessuan Austin (2019), Saquan Hampton (2019), Kemoko Turay (2018), Leonte Carroo (2016), Steve Longa (2016), Michael Burton (2015) and Tyler Kroft (2015).


BO MELTON
Coming off last week's Reese's Senior Bowl, Melton recorded 55 receptions for 618 yards this past season, totaling a team-best 823 all-purpose yards (618 receiving, 116 kickoff return, 51 rushing, 38 punt return). The wide receiver had six games with at least five catches and posted two games of at least 100 receiving yards with a high of 125 versus Delaware. The New Jersey native finishes his career ranked sixth in the school record book with 164 career receptions and 10th with 2,011 yards. A member of the Biletnikoff Award watch list, the two-time captain played in 56 career games for the Scarlet Knights.


ISAIH PACHECO
Starting all 12 games, Pacheco led the Scarlet Knights with 647 rushing yards on 167 carries with five touchdowns in 2021. The Vineland, New Jersey, native posted a season-best 107 yards on the ground at Michigan, recording multiple-score games versus Indiana and Delaware. Earning a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten list this past year, he finishes his RU career with 2,442 career rushing yards to rank seventh in program history, with his 563 carries sixth. In addition, he is ranked 11th in the school record book with 3,039 career all-purpose yards. Pacheco was voted a 2021 team captain and selected honorable mention All-Big Ten by coaches and media. He took part in both the Hula Bowl and East-West Shrine Bowl this year.
