Gymnastics Honors 2022 Seniors in Home Finale

Scarlet Knights claim four individual event titles in the quad meet
The Scarlet Knights captured wins over Brown (192.825) and Southern Connecticut State (187.100). NC State took the top spot in the quad meet (195.700).
Following the final home meet of their careers, Rutgers honored graduate Belle Huang and seniors Mia Betancourt, Kiear Doherty-Herwitz, Abigail Karolewski and Sage Littlejohn in a post-meet Senior Knight ceremony.

Sophomore Avery Balser took the title on bars with a career-best 9.875. CAREER KNIGHTS ON BEAM
Rutgers posted a number of career highs on beam. Sophomore Calah Newman led the way with a career-high 9.900 to finish second in the event. Newman became the fifth gymnast in Rutgers history recorded to have eclipsed a 9.9 on beam.

Junior Hannah Joyner contributed a 9.800, while sophomore Stephanie Zannella posted a 9.775. Freshman Jackie Manifold started the lineup up off with a career-best 9.750 followed by classmate Brayden Battavio with her own career high of 9.775.
