PISCATAWAY, N.J. – BTN Tailgate is heading to Rutgers on Oct. 14 for the game against Michigan State. The show, which airs 10 a.m. through noon, will serve as the backdrop at Athlete's Glen and The Rutgers Boardwalk for an exciting slate of pregame activities on Homecoming & Family Weekend. The game is set for a noon kickoff at SHI Stadium on Big Ten Network.

The Rutgers Boardwalk, presented by VisitNJ.org, opens at 8 a.m. and will feature trick-or-treating for the first time, more details to follow. The Scarlet Walk takes place at approximately 9:30 a.m., preceded by the pregame parade and pep rally.

This will be the 89th Homecoming game in program history. The Scarlet Knights are 54-33-1 on Homecoming weekend, with the event held every season since 1933, except 1943 and 2020. RU defeated Indiana, 24-17, last season for Homecoming.

The RWJBarnabas Health Rutgers Sports Network will deliver the radio call.

The Scarlet Knights (4-1, 1-1) first travel to Wisconsin (3-1, 1-0) this weekend for a Saturday matchup at Camp Randall Stadium.
