PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers women's track and field landed in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) rankings released on Monday. The Scarlet Knights were ranked 22nd nationally in the Week 1 poll.
It marks the first time in program history that the Rutgers women's program entered the top-25 nationally in the indoor poll.

Chloe Timberg set a school record in the pole vault for the third time this season. She posted the No. 1 height in the country, clearing the bar at 4.50m (14' 9") at the Collegiate Showdown in Boston.
Alicia Campbell broke at 25-year-old school record in the weight throw, recording a distance of 18.97m (62' 3").
The Scarlet Knights' appearance in the USTFCCCA poll was boosted by a pair of nationally ranked performances by distance runner
Alex Carlson, who owns the fifth-fastest time in the 800-meter (2:05.26) and ranks 12th in the 3,000-meter (9:02.65).
Rutgers returns to action Saturday, Jan. 26 for the Bob Pollock Invitational on the campus of Clemson and the John Thomas Terrier Classic hosted by Boston University.
